CiaoToy Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CiaoToy platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are jointly operated by CIAOTOY (HONGKONG) TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED and CiaoToy LLC.
1. Definitions
- User / Member / You: Any individual or entity who accesses, registers, or uses CiaoToy Services.
- Services: Includes the CiaoToy website, app, membership features, promotions, and related offerings.
- Platform Operators: CIAOTOY (HONGKONG) TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED and CiaoToy LLC.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a legal guardian.
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and lawful information when registering.
- We reserve the right to verify eligibility and suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
3. Scope of Services
- Exclusive member discounts, promotional offers, and other benefits.
- Access to platform content, products, and activities.
- Membership tiers may be adjusted based on spending or other criteria.
- CiaoToy reserves the right to update or modify services at any time.
4. User Obligations
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable; lending, selling, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
- Users must safeguard login credentials and notify CiaoToy of any unauthorized use.
- Users must not exploit the platform through fraudulent activities, malicious transactions, or abnormal methods.
5. Account Management
- Each User may only maintain one valid account.
- Users may request account cancellation; upon cancellation, related rights and benefits will be terminated.
- CiaoToy may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
6. Privacy Protection
- User information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- We will not disclose personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
- Both CIAOTOY (HONGKONG) TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED and CiaoToy LLC jointly manage and process User data as data controllers/operators.
7. Payments and Fees
- Purchases made on CiaoToy must be completed using approved payment methods.
- Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and lawful payment usage.
- Prices, promotions, and payment rules are subject to change with prior notice.
8. Refund & Return Policy
- Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein.
- Users must comply with applicable conditions and timelines when applying for refunds.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on CiaoToy, including text, graphics, trademarks, and software, is owned by or licensed to CiaoToy.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, CiaoToy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the applicable law prevails.
11. Service Changes and Termination
- We may modify, suspend, or terminate Services at any time with reasonable notice.
- Upon termination, all related membership rights will expire automatically.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- For Users in Hong Kong: These Terms shall be governed by Hong Kong law, and disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
- For Users in the United States: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes shall be submitted to Wyoming courts.
- In case of conflicts, mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction will apply.
13. Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CiaoToy.
- If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
- CiaoToy reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms.
